I have had the opportunity to converse, interview and hire a handful of realtors throughout the last 10 years and I have to say the professionalism, punctuality, and integrity Trudy has shown impressed and restored my faith in realtors. The amount of honest and direct dialogue I was able to have with Trudy from the first phone call to the SOLD sign on one of our properties was nothing less than seamless. Hey Folks.  If you need a Realtor, just contact Trudy Moyse.  She helped us find the perfect first home.  We found out that by the time the best homes for the best prices hit the public sites, they're gone.  These days you really do need a great realtor with experience who will put in the work to find the right place and get you in to see it as soon as it's available.  Otherwise, you'll just miss out.

WHY WE LOVE TRUDY:  I can’t remember ever meeting anyone and instantly liking them and trusting them as we did with Trudy.  We had no intention of purchasing a home or working with an agent at the time but were just casually looking in the area to get a sense of the market.  Then we met Trudy.  It was more like chatting with an old friend than dealing with an agent* and making the momentous decision to move our family to a new city.   Trudy went out of her way to make sure the house we loved was the right house and to make sure appointments worked out.  She not only made an impression on my husband and I but was wonderful with our children, often distracting them so we could focus on looking at the homes.  When my 3 year old son talks about the move it’s not just that we’re moving to Owen Sound, it’s that we’re 'moving close to Trudy'.  We can’t imagine having gone through this process with anyone else!

The day we met Trudy was a godsend.  After calling Trudy, she spent an hour and a half to listen to us and our needs in searching for a home for us.  Her response was immediate, and in half an hour after leaving us she had six listings for us to look at.  The very next day Trudy had us going through three homes that met the qualifications we had laid out for her.
